The Uniview NVR301 08S2 P8 is an 8-channel PoE NVR that supports video formats such as Ultra 265/H.265/H.264. It comes with 8 network interfaces, each offering a speed of 100 Mbps. This NVR can simultaneously record videos from 8 channels and is designed to be a plug-and-play device. Additionally, the NVR301 08S2 P8 is compatible with third-party IP cameras that adhere to ONVIF standards including Profile S, Profile G, and Profile T. For video output, this Uniview device provides one HDMI port and one VGA port both of which deliver resolutions up to 5MP. It offers storage capacity with support for up to 8TB using a single SATA HDD slot. The HDMI port supports resolutions including 1920x1080p/60Hz, 1920x1080p/50Hz, 1600x1200/60Hz 1280x1024/60Hz, 1280x720/60Hz and more. As for decoding capacity in this NVR system—the recording resolution ranges from about 5MP down to CIF (Common Intermediate Format) levels encompassing options like D1 and various other resolutions. The firmware of this device can be conveniently upgraded through cloud-based methods. It follows protocols such as P2P (Peer to Peer) UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) NTP (Network Time Protocol) PPPoE (Point to Point Protocol over Ethernet) and DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol).
