The DJI Osmo Mobile 3 Smartphone Gimbal has a lot of the same functions as the previous Osmo Mobile model, but it's a lot better. It's lighter than its predecessor, and it can now be controlled via the DJI Mimo app for iOS or Android. It also supports larger smartphones, has a new Sport mode, uses hand gesture control and body shape recognition, and now has Bluetooth 5.0 support. The handle has been changed so that all of the ports are accessible while charging, that it can fold down for storage and that the handheld experience is considerably more comfortable and accessible when held at a 15-degree angle. In its phone cradle, you may install any smartphone up to 3.5" wide and take seamless footage in handheld mode. Portrait, Underslung, Landscape, Time-Lapse, Panorama, and now a Sport mode for fast-action shooting are all available with the Osmo Mobile 3 when used in conjunction with the DJI Mimo mobile app. You may now control the gimbal with hand gestures instead of pressing the record button or touching any controls to follow your movement, take a selfie, or record a video. With ActiveTrack 3.0, it can also automatically track body forms to track human subjects without the requirement for a manual selection.
